After years of teaching and working with a wide range of clients, Margy recognized that many men in this stage of life were seeking something more specific—support with mobility, balance, strength, and staying capable as they age.

Since completing her training at Prana Yoga Center in La Jolla in 2018 and teaching over 3,000 sessions, Margy and her team have developed a personalized, results-driven approach designed to help clients move better, feel stronger, and continue living fully and independently.
